The Village at Marymount will host its inaugural Celebration of Life gala as its major fund-raising initiative of the year. The gala will include dinner and dancing, as well as silent and live auctions.

The gala is a celebration that inspires us all to embrace life. Guests for this event consist of high profile individuals, community leaders, members of the religious community, corporate owners, and members of the boards of the sponsored ministries of the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis. Attendance for our inaugural year is expected to reach 400 patrons, most of whom are people with disposable incomes. Participating establishments and companies will receive recognition in a variety of ways and access to a diverse and active audience. Support of this event can be made by direct sponsorship, or through the donation of goods or services. All gifts-in-kind will be valued and deemed equal to receive the same recognition as if the donation were a monetary sponsorship. Click below for sponsorship opportunities.

About The Village at Marymount:
In the Franciscan spirit of valuing the gift of life in all its transitions, our mission is to provide an environment of compassion, competence and the celebration of life to all entrusted to this community of care. The Village at Marymount, a 501(c)(3) corporation sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis, offers a continuing care community located on the Marymount Intergenerational Campus, 5200 Marymount Village Drive in Garfield Heights.
The Village is composed of Marymount Place and Villa St. Joseph. Marymount Place is a three story Dutch colonial with 104 suites, offering independent and assisted living services. Villa St. Joseph, which opened in 2007, has 142 suites offering skilled and intermediate nursing care, short-term rehabilitation, Memory Care neighborhoods, and Clare Hall, which provides skilled and intermediate nursing care to members of the congregation.
